Q: IA € ™ I have been contacted by a young man who asked if I wanted to be his mentor. Iâ € ™ m flattered by their interest, but I'ma € ™ m not sure I'ma € ™ m meant to be a mentor. In your opinion what makes a good mentor? – Kenneth P.

The mentor apprentice relationship is much like a father and son. The younger, less experienced apprentice boy will you, the older mentor parents more experienced, for guidance, wisdom and advice. They will come to you with questions and expect to have all the answers. Contributing to their problems and expect to solve them.
